Our Alice's Dream poster features a rare illustration by E. Gertrude Thomson, who was a good friend of Lewis Carroll from the Nursery Alice. It was first published in 1890 by Macmillan, 25 years after the original Alice, adapted by the author himself for children "from nought to five" with twenty of Tenniel's illustrations from the original book colored and enlarged. Alice's dress was adapted to suit the times, changing from blue to yellow and with added pleats. We love it for the fact this is hard to find in good condition and it depicts a scene not found in the original books. Printed in the U.S.A 11"x 17."
