All items that are in stock when an order is recieved for them, will be shipped that business week. Customers will be notified by e-mail of any item's placed on backorder. Thewhiterabbit.net uses United States Postal Service to deliver all packages. USPS estimates transit time by business days. Since USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may be different than the estimated transit time.
For example:
An order leaving thewhiterabbit.net on a Friday for Los Angeles will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
An order leaving thewhiterabbit.net on a Monday for Miami will not arrive until the next Monday, even though the transit time is five days.
Barring exceptions, orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday around 4:30 p.m. PST. A one day transit time is 24 hours from the time of the shipment (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
RETURNS
The White Rabbit and thewhiterabbit.net does not accept returns.
If any item's are broken or damaged during shipping, those item's will be
replaced.
